Spain devolves a great deal to the autonomous communities, and the parts that touch a move are exactly the parts that vary: which office handles your residency appointment, how long the padrón takes at that particular ayuntamiento, whether the regional language appears on the forms, and what the building access rules are in practice.
That is why each region here has its own page rather than a shared template with the place name swapped. The Costa del Sol urbanización with a porteria to brief is a different delivery problem from a Barcelona apartment with a timed loading window, and both are different from a Galician village where the lorry cannot get past the church.
Pick the region you are moving to and read that page. If your town is not named on it, it still sits inside one of these regions — ask us and we will tell you which destination team covers it.
